WILLS & ESTATES
Last Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives
We understand that estate planning is a personal matter which presents different issues and challenges for each person. We are here to give you peace of mind. Our team can help you prepare an individualized estate plan to safeguard the future of your family and have your wishes followed through the preparation of a Last Will. We can also help you re-evaluate your existing estate plan following a significant life change such as a marriage, divorce, birth of a child, death of a family member, beneficiary or trustee, or if the size of your estate changes significantly.
Enduring Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives allow you to prepare for physical or mental incapacity. An Enduring Power of Attorney allows you to appoint a specific person to act on your behalf in relation to your financial matters but only in the event that you become mentally incompetent. There are different types of Powers of Attorney, please contact our office to learn more. Often referred to as "living will", a Personal Directive allows you to appoint an Agent to make important personal decisions as to your physical well being in the event of incapacity.
We provide Last Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives as a package. Please contact our office at (403) 228-1515 or via email: office@crossfieldlaw.com to learn more or to discuss your estate planning needs.
